We do suggest at least ONE Intro class or a private session if you are new to us.
Intro to Pilates - Beginner
- We will introduce the Pilates Principles: Breathing, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision, Flow
- You will learn through all of the apparatus; Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Chair
- Great for new clients or a refresh for seasoned clients.
- Intro does not mean easy!! there's no such thing as easy Pilates ;)
- Our intro class program runs on a 6 week cycle. It is NOT required that you take 6 intro classes but highly recommended so that you enter the next level as confident as possible!
Gentle Flow + Release
- Basic Pilates principles taught in an easy to digest, approachable pace.
- Extra emphasis on balance, stretching and release work
- Great option for a "recovery" pilates class
- Great option to start a little slower before entering All Levels classes
All Levels Pilates Group Classes
- Continuation of the basic Pilates Principles taught in Intro
- Mix of apparatus used in classes, with mix of beginner/intermediate variations of exercises.
- Modifications are always given and we encourage you to modify when needed - this is YOUR class :)
Advanced Pilates Group Classes
- Mastery of the basic Pilates Principles
- Advanced choreography with consistent pace (more exercises fit into the hour, less start & stop)
- We want you to be successful - we require you to take at least 5 All Levels Group classes
- Studio approval required - email us or speak to your instructor to get access to signup for advanced classes
- If you're an instructor or you've got lots of Pilates experience, email us!

1:1 Session with an instructor that focuses on your specific needs whether it be rehabilitating an injury or surgery, pregnancy, cross training for another sport, you name it; we're here to zero in on YOU and create personalized workouts that will improve your overall wellbeing. No prior experience is required - we are all trained to meet the body in front of us.
Duet Sessions
2:1 Session with an instructor that allows you and a partner or friend to have a private session together. A duet is a great way to have some quality time with your partner and still get a personalized workout. If possible, we do encourage you to pair up with someone who has similar Pilates experience as you. If one of you is more experienced than the other, starting with the Intro to Privates pack is a great way for either of you to get a better feel and then hop into the duets!
Private Sessions

deep tissue massage
We are offering custom 30, 60 and 90 minute massages with our in house massage therapist Kathleen Cole. You can book with Kathleen at reception as well as request appointments with her on Mindbody. Kathleen offers a classic Swedish technique for relaxation, partnered with deep tissue & assisted stretching focused on a specific problem, such as: chronic pain, limited mobility, recovery from injuries, repetitive strain with athletes or day to day activities.
