Trisha spent the first half of her childhood on a farm in PA and the second half on the beaches of SC. She has now called Austin home for 23 years. Growing up, she basically only ever sat still to do art and create, and as they say, some things never change. Trisha studied communications and then design, and has worked in design and architecture for 18 years. She began my own pilates practice when her kids were toddlers and she was craving reconnection with herself. The dramatic change in mind and body had her hooked. In 2020 Trisha decided she wanted to be a part of sharing the positivity of Pilates with others and became comprehensively trained as an instructor through Balanced Body. She quickly realized that her seemingly disjointed passions were actually all about authentic connection.
