We have 4 levels within Moogieverse:
  • Feelgood: Great for beginners or if you're looking for some gentle recovery work within a Pilates class. All the flow + none of the scary "feel the burn" 
  • Feelright: Solid intermediate flow with a mix of classical Pilates + functional moves. The meat and potatoes. 
  • Feelpower: All the goodness of both classes above with some more advanced variations + a lil more push!
  • BigBoyPilates: This one is geared more towards the "big boys" (strong gals you're welcome here too babes!) aka athletes, high performing folks who need some fine tuning to accompany their other workouts.
