Stephanie is one of Moogie’s Fresh Instructors. Her mission is to help you improve your mind-body connection through dynamic and playful classes. After falling in love with the whole body benefits of Pilates, she started self studying in the evenings after her 9-5. Realizing this was a sign to enroll in a formal program, she began her Comprehensive Teacher Training with Balanced Body in 2023. Her classes emphasize form and fun, honing your focus on your body’s unique strengths.
Ever fascinated by the human condition, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University. In her free time, you’re likely to find her hanging out at Moogie, studying, and practicing Pilates. Outside of Pilates, Stephanie enjoys playing with her miniature Dachshund, discovering new restaurants, and lounging at Barton Springs.
